1. Scope. These Terms govern your use of this website. Purchases are governed by the Terms of Sale and the policies linked in the footer, which prevail over these Terms where they overlap.

2. Using the site. You may browse and use the site for personal, lawful purposes. You must not: probe, scan or attack the site; scrape or bulk-download content; use bots to place orders; circumvent geographic or age restrictions; post unlawful or infringing material; or impersonate anyone.

3. Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your store account credentials secret and for everything done under them. Tell us at once of any unauthorised use.

4. Content and intellectual property. The site, its text, design, code and images belong to us or our licensors. Maps.me marks and product images belong to the owner of Maps.me and are used under licence. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, except to view the site.

5. Third-party links. Links to maps.me, app stores or other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or terms.

6. Availability and accuracy. We try to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee it. Product descriptions and coverage lists may change; the product page at the time of your order applies to that order.

7. Liability. We are not liable for loss arising from use of the site itself, other than liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or liability that cannot be excluded by law. Liability for purchases is set out in the Terms of Sale.

8. Privacy. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Changes. We may change these Terms by posting a new version; continued use after posting is acceptance.

10. Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory protections of the law where you live.
